2.3 Account Closure

bw33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

3.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bw33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. bw33 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit has been made, it is generally non-cancellable. However, if a transaction fails due to a technical error, contact the support team. bw33 reserves the right to hold funds if a fraudulent transaction is detected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bw33 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may claim the first deposit bonus only once.
• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games at bw33.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to claim bonuses collectively is punishable.
• bw33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 Fair Play Policy
